About Me

My journey into the world of travel began long before I launched Your Destination Holidays in August 2017.

Raised across the vibrant landscapes of Southern Africa from the thundering beauty of Victoria Falls to the tranquil waters of Lake Kariba. I developed a deep appreciation for culture, adventure, and unforgettable experiences. 

Living in Durban, Johannesburg, and Cape Town gave me a front-row seat to the changing face of Africa and inspired a lifelong passion for exploration.

Before founding my travel business, I worked in luxury 5-star Hotels and led high-performing sales teams across various sectors. The experiences that shaped my commitment to service excellence with the attention to detail required to provide my customers the assurance they need when travelling the world. 

Today, as a Travel Director, I use that foundation to create tailor-made holidays, luxury cruises, and curated escapes for discerning clients who expect more.

My business is built on trust, personal connection with  a love for travel that runs deep. 

I’m proud to have a loyal client base who return again and again and who regularly refer me to their friends and families. 

I see the world through my customers’ eyes and strive to ensure every journey I design is filled with care, creativity, and memory making moments that last a lifetime.

Hello, I'm Hayley, your dedicated travel concierge. My role begins once your trip is confirmed, ensuring every detail is meticulously arranged so you can focus on creating cherished memories with your loved ones.

 

With a passion for family travel from all-inclusive resorts and city breaks to scenic road trips with a touch of luxury. I specialise in transforming your travel plans into seamless experiences. I handle all logistics, including flights, transfers, hotel arrangements, and activities, allowing you to relax and enjoy your journey.

 

Should your hotel offer on-site dining, I can assist in securing reservations, ensuring you have a delightful culinary experience. Additionally, I can organise excursions that align with your interests, enhancing your travel experience.

 

Your trip should be about exploring, laughing, relaxing and creating family and friend moments that last. I'm here to manage every detail behind the scenes, helping you travel effortlessly and enjoy every moment.

Paula Warden booked our family holiday for 8 people, to Turkey August 22. She was so helpful from helping us choose the perfect hotel on our budget, to liaising with the chosen hotel on allergies of family members and room allocation. Paula  arranged a two week holiday in Santorini for me in 2021. Not only did she arrange the holiday, but she also arranged my wedding on the island.
